Where We Ship

Showlu Well Nation Store is dedicated to delivering orders throughout the United States and to more than 27 countries around the globe. We are proud to be part of a growing international community and are continuously working to broaden our global shipping reach. If your country does not currently appear as an option during checkout, we encourage you to check back periodically or contact our support team. We are always eager to expand our shipping capabilities and grow with our customers.

International Orders & Customs Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Showlu Well Nation Store are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Methods & Rates

During checkout, you can select from several shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days for US, 7–14 for Canada/Mexico, 10–20 for International): $10.95 flat rate
  • Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days for US): $22.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. addresses only)
  • UPS Ground Saver (7–12 business days for US)

Delivery Partners

To ensure orders are delivered safely and promptly, we collaborate with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking Your Order

 Some orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver, which provides limited tracking updates until final delivery. The absence of frequent tracking updates does not indicate a delay or cancellation — your package is still in transit. Tracking information, when available, will be sent via email after shipment.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors like weather conditions, holidays, or issues with our delivery partners. If your shipment is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Orders fulfilled through third-party suppliers may occasionally experience extended processing times. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Address Accuracy

To minimize the risk of delays or lost packages, please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Showlu Well Nation Store is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
