This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund procedures for purchases made through Showlu Wellness Nation Store (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the merchandise. Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

The Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Authorization

Customers must obtain prior authorization before returning any merchandise. Requests must be submitted to wellnation@showluservices.com . Authorized returns must be shipped to:

Unauthorized returns will be rejected.


3. Non‑Returnable Goods

The following items are strictly non‑returnable:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Gift cards


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect merchandise upon delivery and notify the Company immediately of any defects, damage, or incorrect items. The Company will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate remedy.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as separate transactions. Customers must return the original item for approval before placing a new order.


6. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14‑day withdrawal period without providing justification, pursuant to applicable EU consumer protection laws.


7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
